Automation and robotics

A research unit specialized in industrial robotics and automation provides the whole conception of a complete robotics or automation installation. For that, our teams start from the mechanical, electrical study of the installation until the tests after assembling in our workshops.

In this field, the possibilities are numerous: Socabelec realizes the automation, via programmable automaton, of every kind of manufacture process. It begins from some inputs/outputs all or nothing until complex entities above 2000 inputs/outputs all or nothing, analogical, putting network of API, supervision systems.

Mechanics

Our engineering department Mechanics « Mecafluide » makes the study and the conception of every industrial machine.

It plays too a part for mechanical matter of turnkey solutions proposed by Socabelec with, for example, some softwares like Solid Edge.

Finally, Mecafluide is active in pneumatics and hydraulics, fields where it can ensure the previous study and the conception of every project.

Electricity

This engineering department, composed by engineers and dynamic graduates trained to the last technologies concerning the computer assisted design, is able to realise the whole study of industrial electricity installations, as well for low as high voltage.

We have for this several stations CAO equipped with softwares Eplan, SEE3000 et Autocad, which allow us to answer most of the demands in matter of electrical drawings.

  • PLC : Schneider (version 0, version 7, premium), Siemens (Step5, Step7), Piltz, AB, Omron, B&R, etc.
  • Robots : ABB, Fanuc, Kuka
  • Vision : Omron, Keyence
  • Supervision: WinCC –Siemens, RSView (AB-Rockwell), Fix DMACS, Schneider (M77 / OS2), CimpliCity
  • Process managing
  • Data processing : managing of copper networks and optical fibres, good knowledge in data base. Language : VB, C, C++, java, delphi, etc…
