However, our existing HMI interface posed critical usability issues:
Our users often had to navigate multiple menus to complete simple tasks, leading to frustration and inefficiency.
The interface was overly text-heavy, with minimal graphical elements, which made it less intuitive.
The steep learning curve required us to provide repeated training for operators, increasing our operational costs.
